1866 Don Salvador Andreu Grau installs his first pharmacy in the Bajada de la Cárcel Number 0 6. of Barcelona. War between Prussia and Austria that originates the unification of Germany.
1868 Dr. Andreu starts the sale of his Pectoral Paste (Dr. Andreu pills) that after more than a century continue to enjoy the popular favor. Uprising of Prim, Serrano and Topeto.
1876 Launch of Anti-asthmatic Azoated Papers and Balsamic Cigarettes, which are currently still on sale. The second Carlist war ends. Bell invents the phone.

Andreu preparations are already sold in Lisbon, Manila, Havana, Lima, Puerto Rico and Buenos Aires.
The Curie couple makes the first experiences about "uranium radioactivity".

Andreu organizes his Department of Chemical-Medical-Veterinary Research and makes available to the Spanish doctor sulfanilamide, with the name of AZOL.
